Delivery & Returns

What is the delivery charge? Our prices include packaging and delivery.

When do you deliver? At check-out you will be able to choose from a limited number of delivery days. As our meat is only available in small quantities during limited periods, we are unable to offer greater flexibility. All our deliveries will be made before 12pm and you will be sent a text or email to confirm. We cannot offer more specific delivery slots.

How is the meat packaged? Sustainability and avoiding plastics is important to us. Therefore, our meat is packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes. We use wool ,which is a natural insulator, for packaging and the boxes are kept cold with ice packs. We regularly conduct temperature checks on our boxes and they should remain chilled until 7pm on the day of delivery.

Do I have to be in to receive my order? No, the meat boxes are well packaged and should remain chilled until 7pm on the day of delivery. However, if you will not be at home, you will need to designate a safe place for our couriers to leave the box. 

Can I return the meat? We hope you are very happy with your meat box. However, if the box is damaged or does not reach you in a good condition or there are problems with the delivery, then we will be happy to refund your payment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a re-delivery due to the perishable nature of the meat and our limited availability.
